Shimmer Watercolors began as a passion project for mandala, loose watercolor art, calligraphy, and pointed pen enthusiasts. We felt the need for paints that could truly shine on all types of paper. Today, we continue to experiment with unique textures and shifts to bring whimsical beauty to your art desk.
